我的家乡-My Home Town
My hometown is abeautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.Butin the old days it was a poor and backward little town.Many people had no work.They lived a hard life.In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then greatchanges have taken place there.The streets have been widened. Factories,schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another.The lifeof the people is greatly improved.I love my hometown. All the more I love itspeople.They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.
我的家乡是个漂亮的地方，它座落在一条宽宽的小河旁边，富产鱼和大米。但在过去它是个又穷又偏僻的小镇。大多数人没工作，生活非常难过。1949年解放以来，我的家乡发生了非常大的`变化。道路拓宽了，工厂、学校、医院、电影院和歌剧院一个接一个建成。大家生活水平大大地提升了。我爱我的家乡，更爱家乡的大家。他们辛勤工作维持着它的富有、漂亮。
